HELP is sought from our friends on the net with regards to the U.N. Security Council action on Burma. I have enclosed the addresses of permanent members of the Security Council. Please continue to help us by writing to the U.N. Security Council/Secretary-General and send a copy of your letter to the net (if possible). Writing to your own country's representative at the U.N. may also be of a help. -- U Ne Oo.

Dear Ambassador Albright,
Enclosed latter and news-document are my appeal to the U.N. Secretary-General for the Security Council action on Burma. I also appeal you to help us in restoring peace and creating an environment conducive to the safe return of Burmese refugees. We are very much in need of U.N. Security Council's attention to this matter. In this connection, I am hoping that the Government of United States will play a leading role in the U.N. Security Council action and restoring peace and democracy in Burma.
I also like saying thank you on this occasion for your visit to Burma last September. Yours continuing efforts, and also of the Government of the United States, on Burma matters are greatly appreciated by the Burmese people.
Yours respectfully,
Sd. U Ne Oo.
